Would you think less of me for my lack of Wisdom

This Summer seemed to start when
the Children finished School. Al-
though it rained a lot, we have en-
joyed days out and the weather was
good for those particular days. Our
first excursion out, was to Aber
Falls, a gentle walk up a very se-
cluded valley to beautiful water falls.
The lower Section of the valley has a
small picturesque village, and as we
went there was evidence of settle-
ments going back centuries. Half
way up we had a picnic by some old
Buildings used for storage and the
displaying of information of the lo-
cal wildlife and history, we did enjoy
eating there together.

There were four adults and five children,
That included my wife, daughter, two grand-
children, my wife's nieces partner and his
three children. What a pleasant and enjoy-
able day.

If we look at each person that day they had
there own story to tell, but what I am going
to Talk about is Jesus' mercy to one individ-
ual in that group or family, you will soon
gather that I am not talking about the chil-
dren. Because they have not had time to fall
into the traps of life yet that will easily be-
fall them if they are not careful!

At the age of 14 he started smoking,
And only giving it up in his mid forties.
Because he worked in an industry that used
Chemicals and was very dusty and dirty
He developed a condition called C.O.P.D

My friend use to say do not give spirits to
Much attention or credence, so I will try
not to talk to much about the condition.
He has to take three different types of
inhalers, and is on antibiotics regularly.

Now you would think not being able to
Run a car would be bad news and in normal
Circumstances perhaps essential. But lets
look on the positive side by having to walk
It is keeping him fitter!

His Pastor, Peter used to say having a car
is a privilege, not a right, so being able to
walk up to Aber Falls was a tremendous
bonus, if he had the car to use in normal life,
he might not have been so fit or capable
to enjoy the day out with his family.

I think he would like to say if you have the
wisdom to understand, try not to smoke, and
if you can choose a job that is a bit more
healthy than he did. Not just for the sake of
more money, and loose your health,

No! We might feel like an alien in this
strange or foreign piece of software, but

We are part of the Body of Christ and if that
is so, we are also part of the Church of the
Lord Jesus Christ.

If you feel you are in the wrong Galaxy,

Cling on to what Jesus has promised. He
will never leave you, or forsake you, and
one day he will come to beam you up to be
with him.

Honour your Father and Mother......oops,

I mean live long and prosper.

Is the Burden to Heavy

I was reading the story of when Peter asked
Jesus how often should we forgive,

how often to forgive them

21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord,
how oft shall my brother sin against me, and
I forgive him? till seven times?

22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee,
Until seven times: but, Until seventy times
seven.

Matt 18:21-22 (KJV)

I read these verses just before going to sleep
And it came to me that I could use the
Seventy times seven for the name of a web site,
I thought brilliant! I wrote down
How it could be as 70x7.com.

I then went to sleep and through the night I
Had a very strong impression to do some-
thing about this verse as a web site, even
waking up thinking about it. So I checked
The availability on Webnet77.com, which I
use for my web sites, and I put it into
Search and it came up 70x7.com as a Chris-
tian rock Band.

This thinking went on through the week so
It looks like I am to do some investigating
into what the Lord was saying to me,
I am writing how I think, there are not many
People you can actually talk to like that, us-
ing the word “Lord”
But I am talking to you , it reminded me of
one of our little relatives, I am saying little
but, he is ten years old. He came to me one
day saying he was having terrible night
mares and he was frightened, so I said to
him next time it happens ask Jesus to help you
And he will, that is the Lord I am talking
about, Jesus. The little relative was also
watching films he should not be watching,
I have not heard anymore about it since.

Anyway, the web site, I started to have a
good rummage through the site and all its
links, to see what it is that I am to do. I then
came upon a link called “Wordpress” the
Christian group were using it to spread the
good news by bloging. They had a picture
as a link to there blog on Wordpress,
I did not read through everything,
but I was impressed by the overall look
of their page.

Ok, was this it, was I to open a blog with
them, Wordpress that is, I have an account
with Bibleforums, a Christian Message board,
was it now time to branch out to here also?

I am already running several web sites, mak-
ing digital books with Issuu and a blog on
CMB.

I was beginning to feel concerned as the
day’s went by, and as the renewals for the
sites was coming closer, the word’s
came to me “is the burden to heavy” and I
said yes!

Strait away it reminded me of what Jesus
had Said:

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are
heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye
shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is
light.

Matt 11:28-30 (KJV)

I have often heard said there is a high road
and a low road with faith. Over the years I
have learned some hard lesson regarding
Blindly going on with something, and so I
Was relieved to hear those words that
Jesus had spoken.

I have now written to webnet77 and in-
formed them I will not be continuing with
all the sites and downgrading my Issuu ac-
count to the free version. I really do feel a
burden has been removed!

I have redesigned my web site from what
I found out at Wordpress and have signed up
with them for a blog. And I will try to link
Christian Message board, Wordpress, Issuu,
and my web site altogether.
